Zoom Meeting Help

Attending the Greens HOA zoom meeting can be accomplished on a supported computer, tablet or phone. Cameras and microphones are not required to just view and listen to the meetings. You must be have a Zoom account and will be asked to sign in to join the meetings if not already signed in.

Invitation links will be sent out via eBlast emails to HOA members prior to the meeting. If using Zoom for the first time, and have not previously installed the Zoom App/client and created an account, the link should walk you through the steps to accomplish this. Allow plenty of time prior to the meeting for this. It can be any time after you receive the link.

When joining, you will use Computer Audio option unless your computer has no speakers or no microphone if you wish to speak. Otherwise use the Phone Call option. This will give you a list of phone numbers to call and the Meeting ID, Participant ID and Passcode (if prompted) for use when prompted in your call.

Participants are muted and will only be allowed to unmute at the request of the host. During public comment, participants will click on the "Raise Hand" icon to get the hosts attention to be allowed to speak.
